We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. For missing packages, please contact us at support@seleraskin.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@seleraskin.com and we will provide a full refund of the product purchase price.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the product. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to limit returns that appear to abuse our return policy.
